Rebecca Lam has come a long way from the little girl who was terrified riding her first roller coaster. Now she loves nothing more than to enhance the guest experience of visitors when they step into a world of man-made enchantment. Lam is surrounded by the wonders of creativity and technology in her new role as a planner for Walt Disney World Resort’s project management group in Orlando.
