Bill Richardson, former Secretary of Energy and Governor of New Mexico, will be visiting Rice for a talk next Tuesday evening.
He has agreed to meet with students from the Baker Institute and RCEL at 4pm. Are you interested in energy policy? This is a great opportunity to interact up-close with someone who has crafted national policy, governed a state for eight years, and run for president.
