Engineering Leadership Reaction Course

The Rice Center for Engineering Leadership and the Dean of Engineering invite you to the inaugural Engineering Leadership Reaction Course! An elite, hands-on experience, the course offers a chance to develop your leadership skills through rigorous team-building, reflection, and more. You’ll work with other Rice students to overcome challenging obstacle activities and will receive direct feedback on your performance.

We are looking for highly motivated engineering students who are interested in growing as leaders and becoming involved in developing student-led programming for RCEL. Selection is competitive. By submitting the application, you are committing to attend the Leadership Reaction Course if you are one of the 25 students selected. The application and release of liability form must be submitted by January 18.
